Questions from photographers
Do I have to upload my photos?
No. You connect a folder in your Dropbox, and every photo you put in it becomes searchable automatically. Nothing is copied: the originals stay in your Dropbox.
Are my captions and keywords used?
Yes. We read the IPTC, XMP and EXIF metadata already in your files, such as caption, keywords, place, date and camera, and make it searchable right away.
Do I see which newsroom downloads which photo?
Yes. For every downloaded photo you get an email with the user, the photo and the time, also when someone downloads several photos at once. Give every newsroom or client their own account, and you see per client what was downloaded.
Which plan do I need as a photographer?
That depends on the size of your archive. Starter: 5,000 photos and 3 users for €10 a month. Pro: 200,000 photos and 10 users for €25 a month. Business: 500,000 photos and unlimited users for €50 a month. All prices excl. VAT, and our limits are soft.
