Not included: your Dropbox subscription, which you pay directly to Dropbox as you do now. Pro isn't enough here: that plan goes up to 200,000 photos and 10 users.

For larger archives or special requirements we make a proposal. The price depends on:
- the number of photos in your archive
- the number of users
- integrations with storage other than Dropbox
- custom features
Questions about pricing
Do I pay extra for storage or previews?
No. Your originals stay in your own Dropbox, so you don't pay us for storage. Thumbnails and previews are included in every plan.
Do I need a paid Dropbox subscription?
Your photos are in your own Dropbox, so you need a Dropbox account with enough space for them. You pay that subscription to Dropbox, as you do now; Fotoarchief.be doesn't charge anything for it.
What if my archive grows beyond my plan?
All our limits are soft. If your archive outgrows your plan, everything keeps working and we'll get in touch to find a plan that fits.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Yearly billing is twelve times the monthly price: €120, €300 or €600 a year excl. VAT.
Can I try it first?
Yes, you can try Fotoarchief.be free for 30 days.
Do the prices include VAT?
No, all prices exclude VAT.
